Aged for more than 12 years in small barrels of fine wood (Oak),

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP/PDO is obtained from the must

of grapes cooked over a direct fire in an open vase of typical Modena grapes.
Ingredients: 100% cooked must from Modena grapes (Trebbiano and San Giovese).
Suggested use: suitable for all dishes, to be used cold and in drops.

The cork dispenser with beaker in glass is specifically used to accurately extrapolate the drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP, without having to waste. The use of natural materials allows the conservation of the aroma of the Balsamic Black.
