The Cathedral of Modena (“DUOMO DI MODENA”), which is classified world heritage of Unesco, is called “HOUSE OF SAN GEMINIANO”, and is considered one of the most important pieces of European Romantic culture. It overlooks “Piazza Grande” and from there you can see the raising of the tower: Ghirlandina. The monument is important and expensive for the citizens of Modena and for Italian culture.

FORMIGINE
Formigine extends between the Province of Modena and the ceramic district of Sassuolo. In the heart of this city, in the central square, stands the Castle, symbol of the community. It is a meeting place with a number of possibilities of use, the park inside is a small oasis in the historic centre considered a place of strong aggregation between people.
The Castle is a mix of medieval and renaissance architecture. The medieval phase can be found at the fortress, which is the oldest core, while the Renaissance phase is identified with the palace Marquis.

SASSUOLO
Sassuolo is an imposing ceramic district, but at the same time within the area is characterized by the largest green footprint of the city: the ducal park, an expression of power and prestige of the Este. Their great palace stands inside the park and is called “Delizia” for its architecture and for the beauty of the decorations of its rooms.
